Adi Dehejia
FOUNDER
Adi’s experiences as a CFO and HR leader in start-up companies inspired him to start Journey CxO.
He saw firsthand the challenges in building a satisfying career, the importance of leaders in developing people, and the difficulty in building broad business acumen while excelling in your functional role.
Prior to his operating career in start-ups, Adi held roles in a growth capital investment firm and in the corporate development and strategy department at a Fortune 500 company.
Adi is an active volunteer mentor in the FirstRound Capital and TechStars networks as well as within his University alumni communities.
Adi was born in India and immigrated to the US at age ten. He attended Princeton University (graduated with a degree in Politics) and the Stanford Graduate School of Business. He lives in the suburbs of New York City and has two adult sons and two lovable, crazy dogs.

Chris Bruno
Co-Founder
Chris’ experiences as an executive across multiple functions at a high-growth public company, along with the myriad challenges that come with being a leader in today’s corporate world have made him realize the importance of doing all he can to support others on their own journeys.
Chris has taken the road less traveled, which for him meant building his own consulting practice and now this Community mid-career. Having the desire and then the courage to explore an alternative path was jarring at first, but he has pursued it in the hopes it can create a higher degree of overall satisfaction and integrate more seamlessly with who he is as a person.
Chris was born and raised on Long Island, NY and attended Boston College with a degree in accounting. He moved westward to Seattle with his beautiful wife Carrie in 2005 and now has two tween-aged kids. He has fully experienced the cultural differences of East Coast and West Coast living and knows it has made him a more well-rounded human.
