Krista Kupau, Founder and CEO of Startup Talent Consulting
Krista started her career in the technology space in Silicon Valley working for Robert Half, a Fortune 500 Recruiting Agency. She partnered with executives to build their talent and recruitment strategy and helped identify talent that they struggled to find on their own.
After Robert Half, Krista joined a solar energy startup as the Head of Talent with 300 employees where she and her team hired across the nation. She built the talent infrastructure from scratch, implemented new systems, processes, employee branding, and helped grow the company to over 1200 employees.
After learning about the challenges that startups face and enjoying helping build a powerful recruiting engine, Krista decided to start her own venture and Co-Founded Startup Talent Consulting. From conception, Startup Talent has successfully helped Series A to Series E startups scale through growth, build process, cut cost per hire, and ultimately become high-performing departments.
